I'm almost certain it's possible in OpenOffice's Word equivalent (it's free but a lot of faffing around to install for one document) - it's my preferred method of "filling in" a PDF electronically (mostly government/council forms), then saving it as a new PDF ready to print/e-mail.
I'm not in the office at the moment, but if you can wait another day I can look and see how my client deals with incoming PDF management.

Right click on the file and open in google chrome browser.
Press ctrl P to print and you can choose what pages to print. You can also extract pages to save as a PDF, by selecting print as PDF and choose the pages to extract.

Can you not pull it into MS Word as an Object then tell Word what pages to print?
Or turn it into an image and select the pages out of the image file?
